NICKEL: Volatile January ends with new, higher price level
London Metal Exchange nickel prices appear to have settled back toward their New Year opening prices after a tumultuous January market, Kallanish reports.
The exchange currently puts nickel at $17,623/tonne, slightly above its 2021 opening price of $17,344/t.
