NICKEL: Tsingshan to drive surplus in battery-grade nickel sulphate in Q4
Supply and demand fundamentals in the global nickel market are set to balance this year, but a battery-grade nickel sulphate surplus is forecast in the fourth quarter, Kallanish learns.
