NICKEL: Sumitomo to boost battery materials capacity on strong demand
Japan’s Sumitomo Metal Mining (SMM) announced on Tuesday it will invest 47 billion yen ($424.6 million) to expand its cathode materials production capacity, Kallanish reports.
