NICKEL, COPPER, COBALT: ALX Resources acquiring Electra project
ALX Resources announces that it has executed a definitive agreement for an option to purchase a 100% interest in the Electra Nickel Project in Ontario, Kallanish reports.
The option was acquired from an unnamed vendor group to acquire 148 units totalling 3,168 hectares in exchange for $135,000 in cash, 1.1 million common shares of ALX, $500,000 in exploration expenditures and a 2.5% net smelter royalty from the sale of minerals from the property.
