NextEra's Skeleton Creek begins wind-solar-storage project in Oklahoma
The first phase of NextEra Energy Resources’ Skeleton Creek project in northern Oklahoma is operational, Kallanish reports.
The wind energy part of the $600 million project became operational last month with planned solar and battery storage components to become operational in 2023.
The 90 wind turbines are located in Garfield, Alfalfa and Major counties.
