China collects new battery standard public comments
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is collecting comments from the public on the two proposed lithium-ion battery standard documents.
The two new documents aim to set higher industry standards with detailed and stricter requirements for new lithium battery production project construction, ranging from industrial layout to technical standards, which will to some degree limit the expansion of related enterprises, Kallanish learns.
