Neoen, Tesla to build 300MW battery in Australia
France’s renewable developer, Neoen, will build a 300-megawatt (MW) Tesla battery in Australia -- one of the biggest batteries in the world, Kallanish reports.
The so-called Victorian Big Battery will feature Tesla’s megapack technology and help modernise and stabilise the grid in Victoria. Operations are set to start by the end of 2021.
