Monbat plans to double production, expand exports with Tunisian acquisition
Вulgаrіаn battery manufacturer Моnbаt has completed the final acquisition to purchase 60% of Тunіѕіаn Соmраnу оf Ваttеrіеѕ NОUR, thus acquiring the controlling stake in the company, Kallanish notes.
The €10.3 million ($11.2m) total deal was primarily financed by using the unutilized part of the bond issues, emitted in 2018 on BSE-Sofia and with own funds.
