COPPER: MMC acquires minority stake in Chile's Mantos Copper Holding
Mitsubishi Materials Corporation (MMC) has completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in Chile’s Mantos Copper Holding. The merger is valued at $275 million and involves the development of the Mantoverde copper mine, Kallanish learns from the Japanese company.
