LITHIUM: Mexico approves Ganfeng’s Bacanora takeover
Mexican authorities have approved Ganfeng Lithium’s tender offer to fully acquire Bacanora Lithium, the London-listed company that owns the Sonora lithium project, Kallanish reports.
