Mercedes-Benz to deliver five electric buses to BSAG in 2022
German public transport provider Bremer Straßenbahn (BSAG) has ordered five new all-electric Mercedes-Benz eCitaro buses as part of its strategy to deliver emission-free public transport.
Mercedes-Benz will deliver the three-door rigid buses in early 2022. The vehicles feature innovative solid-state batteries, combining a “very high energy density with a particularly long service life,” Daimler says in a statement.
