GRAPHITE: Mason Graphite gets new board of directors
Canada’s Mason Graphite reports that it has a new board of directors, Kallanish reports.
The new board led by shareholder Fahad Al-Tamimi was confirmed on 29 December at the company’s virtual annual meeting after shareholders confirmed the proxy voting results in which a clear majority approved a new board of directors.
Al-Tamimi is a director and the company’s second largest shareholder with 9.92% of the outstanding common shares.
