Maruti Suzuki to construct new EV plant in Haryana, India
India-based automotive joint venture Maruti Suzuki recently announced that it has found a site for a new manufacturing plant in Haryana State, India.
According to Maruti Suzuki's press release on 13 May, on the same day, it confirmed the allotment of an 800-acre site at IMT Kharkhoda in District Sonipat with Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC), after discussions with the government of India.
