Lordstown Motors completes merger, joins Nasdaq
Electric truck manufacturer Lordstown Motors has debuted on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange following the completion of its merger with DiamondPeak Holdings, Kallanish reports.
The merger between Lordstown and special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) DiamondPeak was confirmed last week, with shares of the newly-merged firm subsequently listed on the Nasdaq Global Select market under the ‘RIDE’ ticker on Monday.
