Lombardy to invest in green hydrogen production plants
The region of Lombardy in Italy has published a call for projects for the production of renewable hydrogen in disused industrial areas, Kallanish notes.
The projects will receive grants from the European post-Covid recovery fund for Italy Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR). The government will invest in green hydrogen production plants with the objective to accelerate the energy transition of the region, it says.
