LITHIUM: Zijin Mining to acquire Neo Lithium, Argentina 3Q lithium project
China-based Zijin Mining Group and Neo Lithium Corp say they have signed a definitive agreement in which Zijin will acquire Neo Lithium in a CAD 960 million ($770.2m) all-cash deal.
That will give Zijin control over Neo Lithium’s Tres Quebradas (3Q) lithium brine project in Catamarca, Argentina, one of the largest and highest-grade lithium projects in the world.
