LITHIUM: Walcott acquires lithium property in Quebec
Vancouver’s Walcott Resources has inked a property purchase agreement for 40 mineral claims across 2,126 hectares in James Bay Territory in Quebec, Kallanish learns from a company statement.
The property, dubbed the Route 381 Lithium Property, will be paid for with a $60,000 aggregate payment as well as the issuance of 4 million shares at a price of $0.32/share. The vendors will also receive a 2% net smelter royalty.
