LITHIUM: Vulcan Energy inks 5-year supply deal with Renault Group
Australia-listed Vulcan Energy announced Monday it will supply up to 17,000 tonnes/year of lithium hydroxide to Renault Group starting in 2026, Kallanish reports.
The parties signed a binding offtake term sheet for covering at least 6,000 t/y of lithium chemicals produced by Vulcan Energy’s geothermal project in Germany. The undisclosed deal is subject to the companies signing a definitive agreement by 20 November.
