LITHIUM: Sorcia adds 6,900 hectares in Chile to portfolio
Sorcia Minerals has inked a deal with RJR SALAR SPA for a further 6,900 hectares of lithium-bearing property in Chile’s Maricunga salar, bringing the company’s total interest there to 9,000 hectares.
The news was announced by International Battery Metals (IBAT), which holds a 10% interest in Sorcia, Kallanish notes. IBAT will also be handling deployment and operation of the proprietary “selective absorption” lithium extraction units.&…
