LITHIUM: Posco, Pilbara unveil final details of downstream JV
South Korean conglomerate Posco and Australian lithium producer Pilbara Minerals have finalised terms of their lithium hydroxide joint venture, Kallanish reports.
The downstream JV will be based in South Korea under the name Posco-Pilbara Minerals Lithium Solution Co Ltd.
