LITHIUM: Ontario backing Frontier Lithium's mini-pilot plant
Ontario is investing CAD 363,000 ($300,201) in Frontier Lithium’s mini-pilot plant to help the company demonstrate its newly developed proprietary extraction process for lithium, Kallanish understands.
The investment will support jobs in the mining sector, boost economic development in northern Ontario and promote Ontario’s mineral development potential and help de-risk the lithium processing, the province says.
