LITHIUM: Musk Metals to acquire Elon lithium property in Quebec
Canada-based Musk Metals Corp says it has signed an agreement to acquire the prospective Elon lithium property in Quebec, Kallanish reports.
The property covers 245 hectares in the La Carre and Piedmont townships about 40 kilometres north of Val d’Or, Quebec. The property is about 600 metres from the Lithium Amerique du Nord (formerly Mine Quebec Lithium) that produced 907,000 tonnes at 1.4% lithium oxide from 1955 to 1965.
