LITHIUM: Minviro to carry out life cycle assessment on Cinovec project
European Metals said Thursday UK-based consultancy Minviro will carry out a life cycle assessment (LCA) for its Cinovec lithium project in the Czech Republic.
The ISO-compliant assessment is aimed at optimising performance of the project while minimising its environmental impact. The LCAs will be produced for both battery-grade lithium carbonate and hydroxide monohydrate, and will be benchmarked against global lithium peers.
