LITHIUM: Lithium South acquires Argentina's Hombre Muerto project
Canada-based Lithium South Development Corp is acquiring the 3,287-hectare Hombre Muerto North Lithium Project in northwest Argentina, Kallanish reports.
The company with headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia, paid $1 million and issued 2.250 million common shares of its stock to acquire the tract in Salta Province, Argentina. The sellers were Jorge E. Moreno and Alba Silvia Sala.
