LITHIUM: Liontown, Tesla finalise offtake deal from Kathleen Valley
Liontown Resources confirmed on Monday it has finalised negotiations with Tesla and executed a binding offtake agreement for its Kathleen Valley Lithium project in Western Australia.
The companies had extended the deadline for the full-form agreement on 30 May, after they announced a binding terms sheet on 16 February.
