LITHIUM: Grid Metals offers update on Lithium Royalty Corp transaction
Ontario-based Grid Metals Corp has won preliminary approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture Exchange to proceed with a private placement financing, royalty sales and asset sales with Lithium Royalty Corp, Kallanish reports.
