LITHIUM: Global Lithium signs 10-year offtake agreement with Suzhou TA&A
Australia-based Global Lithium Resources Ltd says it has signed a 10-year spodumene concentrate offtake agreement with China-based Suzhou TA&A Ultra Clean Technology Co, Kallanish reports.
Under the agreement, Suzhua TA&A will acquire and take delivery of no less than 30% of available product from Global Lithium’s operations. That can be increased by Suzhua TA&A up to 15% in each contract year. Pricing will be based on a market price for spodumen…
