LITHIUM: Frontier snags CAD 1.06m from placement
Sudbury, Ontario-based Frontier Lithium has raised a total of CAD 1.06 million ($808,621) from a non-brokered flow-through private placement, Kallanish understands.
The placement consisted of the sale of just over 3m units from CAD 0.35/unit. Each unit was made up of a share of the company and one-half of a purchase warrant, good for buying one common share for CAD 0.45 for the next two years.
