LITHIUM: European Lithium raises funds for Wolfsberg DFS
Australia-listed European Lithium announced Tuesday it has raised AUD 6.5 million ($4.78m) to finalise the definitive feasibility study (DFS) for its Wolfsberg lithium project in Austria, Kallanish reports.
The funds raised through the placement to sophisticated investors will be used for general exploration purposes and working capital. Shares will be sold at a price of AUD 0.0625 each, managed by Evolution Capital Advisors.
