LITHIUM: European Lithium ends legal dispute with Austrian landowner
Australia-listed European Lithium (EUR) said Friday it has ended a legal dispute with the landowner of its Austrian project, Kallanish reports.
The start-up miner is developing the Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Carinthia, Austria. Its local operating company, ECM Lithium, had previously ran into a legal battle with Glock Gut-und Forstverwaltung, who owns the land of ECM’s mining and exploration licenses, over environmental concerns.
