LITHIUM: E3 aims for CAD 6.7m with private placement
Calgary, Alberta’s E3 Metals Corp is seeking CAD 6.7 million $5.13m) in a new brokered private placement, Kallanish learns.
E3 plans to sell its share for CAD 1.10/unit up to a total of 6.7m CAD. Canaccord Genuity Corp is acting as broker.
Each unit contains one common company share and a one-half of a common share purchase warrant, good for the purchase of one share at CAD 2.00 for the next two years.
