LITHIUM: Canada’s Power Metals signs LOI with Chinese mineral developer
Vancouver’s Power Metals Corp has inked a letter of intent with China’s Sinomine Resource Group to further develop the company’s Case Lake, Paterson Lake, and Gullwing-Tot Lakes projects.
Kallanish learns from a company release that the partnership to develop Power Metals’ cesium, lithium, and tantalum holdings could take the form of either direct investment or joint venture. Financial terms have not yet been finalised.
