LITHIUM: Albemarle quadruples earnings in Q2
North Carolina-based lithium producer Albemarle’s earnings more than quadrupled on-year in the second quarter, Kallanish reports.
Albemarle posted net income of $424.6 million on sales of $773.9m in Q2, up from income of $103.8m on sales of $764m in Q2 2020.
