KNP–Goongarrie Hub JV gets regulatory approvals
Australian miner Ardea Resources says its joint venture plan with Sumitomo Metal Mining (SMM) and Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) has been greenlighted by the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).
The companies announced earlier this year plans to form a 50-50 joint venture, between Ardea and the Japanese consortium, to develop the Kalgoorlie Nickel Project (KNP) – Goongarrie Hub, in Western Australia.
