Jubilee raises £13m to fund Zambian copper projects
Jubilee Metals Group has raised £13 million ($16.6m) in a placing of new shares to fund its Zambian Copper operations, Kallanish reports.
The initial placing was for around £10m, but due to strong demand, the company increased the minimum amount to £13m. Jubilee placed 236.4 million new ordinary shares at a price of 5.5 pence each, it said in a statement last week.
