Japanese, US firms unite for semiconductor development
Japanese chemical firm Resonac Corporation, formerly Showa Denko K. K., has announced a new semiconductor consortium of ten US and Japanese partners, Kallanish learns.
The group will focus on semiconductor back-end process research and development in Silicon Valley, according to Resonc Corporation.
