Italian Lombardy region invests in hydrogen for transport
The H2iseO project carried out by Italian FNM and state railway operator Trenord will benefit from over €75 million ($84m) in extra investment from the region of Lombardy, as recently approved by the regional council. The region is investing a total of over €196m, up from the initial €121m figure, to upgrade the railway network operated by Ferrovienord.
