Intra Energy acquires 80% of Australian lithium project
Australia-listed Intra Energy Corporation (IEC) said Monday it has acquired an 80% interest in a “highly prospective” lithium project in the Lake Johnston region of Western Australia.
The deal will see IEC acquire the Maggie Hays Hill (MHH) lithium project from Global Uranium and Enrichment (GUE) in a mix of cash, shares, and a royalty stream. The company will pay AUD 175,000 ($116,000) in cash and 30 million ordinary shares, alongside a 1% gross reven…
