Hyzon Motors bags order for ultra-heavy-duty fuel cell trucks
US-based Hyzon Motors will assemble five ultra-heavy-duty fuel cell trucks in Australia as part of an order placed by Ark Energy, a subsidiary of Korea Zinc, Kallanish reports.
The order announced by Hyzon on Tuesday requires delivery by the end of 2022. The 154-ton trucks will replace diesel vehicles, potentially reducing CO2 emissions by over 1,400 tonnes/year, according to the company.
