Hudbay Minerals to acquire Copper Mountain Mining in $439m all-shares deal
Ontario-based Hudbay Minerals is acquiring struggling Copper Mountain Mining Corp in an all-shares $439 million deal that will create the third-largest copper producer in Canada, Kallanish reports.
