NICKEL, COBALT: Huayou partners with Ronbay on nickel-cobalt, precursor
Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Ningbo Ronbay New Energy (Ronbay Technology). Two main schemes featuring nickel-cobalt and precursor are emphasised, Kallanish reports.
