Horizon Minerals acquires greenfield lithium prospects in Australia
Western Australian mining company Horizon Minerals Limited announced Thursday it has entered into an agreement with Charter Minerals to acquire 100% of two greenfield Lithium prospects near Bridgetown, Western Australia.
Under the binding share sale agreement, Horizon will pay AUD 75,000 ($47,600) in cash and 4 million ordinary shares to Charter’s shareholders, Kallanish notes.
