Hanson Cement develops green H2 unit

A new hydrogen demonstration unit has been developed and installed at Hanson Heidelberg Cement’s plant in Port Talbot, south Wales. This is part of the £9.2 million ($12.7m) European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) that is financing the Reducing Industrial Carbon Emission (RICE) project, the company reveals in a note.
