Haikou City issues NEV coupons to stimulate consumption
Haikou City of China’s Hainan Province recently distributed CNY 50 million ($6.98m) in coupons to stimulate new energy vehicle consumption this year, Kallanish learns from the commercial bureau of the city.
Consumers need to purchase the NEVs between 1 July and 30 September, and apply for the coupons between 8 August and 15 October. The coupons will be delivered by year-end, enabling buyers to apply for a refund.
