Guocheng Mining to expand lithium business through new Sichuan-based subsidiary
Shenzhen-listed leading mining company Guocheng Mining announced its plan to establish a lithium-focused subsidiary in Deyang-Aba Economic Industry Zone, Sichuan Province, Kallanish learns.
It plans to invest CNY 1 billion ($146.78 million) in this wholly-owned subsidiary to give full play to the advantages of lithium ore resources, and further enhance sustainable development by extending the industrial chain lay-outs in the basic lithium salt business. …
