GreenPower sells wireless vans in Washington
Electric medium- and heavy-duty vehicle producer GreenPower Motor Company is shipping four wirelessly charged vans to the state of Washington, according to a company release.
The vans were ordered by Grant Transit and will be paid for out of a $180 million grant from the Federal Transit Administration. The cost of the vans themselves was not disclosed, Kallanish notes.
They will begin service in the fall.
