Gree invests in DunAn for NEV cooling components
Gree Electric plans to acquire a total of 410 million of DunAn Environment’s shares through transfers and subscriptions with a capital injection of CNY 3 billion ($469.89m). After the transaction is completed, Gree Electric will become the controlling shareholder of the company with 38.78% of the total shares.
