GRAPHITE: Volt Resources Ukraine acquisition getting closer
Australia-based Volt Resources says its deal to acquire a 70% stake in a Ukrainian graphite operation remains on track and is nearing completion, Kallanish reports.
A series of legal, financial, commercial and tax investigations from company-hired consultants are nearing completion, it says.
“To date, the company has not identified anything from the due diligence inquiries that would prevent the transaction from completing,” it says in a statement.
