GRAPHITE: Tirupati Graphite acquires 2 projects in Mozambique
UK-based Tirupati Graphite says it has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Suni Resources, including two graphite projects in Mozambique, Kallanish reports.
Suni Resources holds the Mozambique portfolio of graphite assets of Australia-based Battery Minerals Ltd and that includes the construction-initiated Montepuez flake graphite project and the advanced feasibility Balama Central graphite project.
