GRAPHITE: Manganese X to extend escrow release outside date to 31 August
Manganese X is extending the escrow release outside date to 31 August for the Graphano Energy spin-out, Kallanish reports.
That extension from 30 June was approved by an overwhelming majority of Graphano Energy subscription receipt holders, says Manganese X. The extension required approval by two-thirds of subscription receipt holders to be implemented. It was approved by 83% of subscription receipt holders, the company says.
